About the role

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns
  • Research & Analysis: Research target industries and accounts to build strategic lists of key contacts
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Metrics Reporting: Track and report performance metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / SDR or inside sales role (or equivalent)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese & English
  • Confidence doing cold outreach
  • Organised, proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently but also within a team
  • Comfortable using CRM / sales tools
  • Experience in IT Consulting services, software / tech
