About the role
- Promptly respond to and engage with inbound leads from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, phone, live chat, forms)
- Conduct thorough lead qualification calls/communications using BANT criteria
- Build rapport and serve as the initial point of contact for prospects
- Nurture leads with follow-ups and relevant content until sales-ready
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with handover notes
- Accurately log all lead information, communications, and qualification details in CRM
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales to refine messaging and lead quality
- Collect market intelligence from inbound interactions on pain points, trends, and competitors
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, appointments set, and inbound conversion rates
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in an Inbound Sales, Sales Development or Lead Qualification role
- Proven track record of qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
- Preferably experience in a B2C environment
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (asked in application)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to engage via website inquiries, WhatsApp, phone, live chat, and forms
- Experience with BANT qualification (budget, authority, needs, timeline)
- CRM management and accurate activity logging
- Target-driven and able to meet/exceed monthly/quarterly targets
