About the role
- Contact personal injury law firms across the country via calls & emails as the company’s first impression
- Set appointments for the Sales team
- Carefully note each contact and help analyze what’s working and what’s not
- Help build lead generation strategies, messaging, and systems for an early-stage company
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams and use provided CRM (Hubspot) and vetted lists
- Occasionally travel to conferences or prospective clients
Requirements
- Expert cold caller/emailer
- 3+ years of B2B experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Cold Calling (legal, software, or startup experience is a plus)
- Strong SDR/BDR performance history; candidates with less than 3 years of experience will be highly considered
- Able to travel occasionally for conferences or to prospective clients (is a plus)
- Can work independently, stay up-to-date on industry standards, and stay hungry
- Excellent communication skills; results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
