Customer Success Manager

• Assist with intake, triage, and responses to Support tickets.
• Troubleshoot customer questions and escalate issues appropriately.
• Track, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of open tickets.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
• Conduct check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer usage and proactively surface risks or upsell opportunities to senior team members.
• Support monthly billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist with reviewing account contracts, subscription details, and usage data to ensure accuracy.
• Help build and maintain internal SOPs and Customer Success playbooks.
• Contribute to customer-facing documentation such as Knowledge Base articles.
• Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and best practices.

Business Development Rep

• Contact personal injury law firms across the country via calls & emails as the company's first impression
• Set appointments for the Sales team
• Carefully note actions after each contact and help analyze what’s working and what’s not
• Help build lead generation strategies, messaging and systems for an early-stage startup
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams; thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel to conferences or prospective clients as needed

Sales and Business Development Representative

• Contact personal injury law firms across the country via calls & emails as the company’s first impression
• Set appointments for the Sales team
• Carefully note each contact and help analyze what’s working and what’s not
• Help build lead generation strategies, messaging, and systems for an early-stage company
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams and use provided CRM (Hubspot) and vetted lists
• Occasionally travel to conferences or prospective clients
