About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute a balanced strategy of outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound lead follow-up
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings for the sales team
- Identify and target high-value accounts through research and strategic outreach
- Own a monthly quota for qualified meetings set with target prospects
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM role
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Comfortable with both outbound outreach and inbound lead engagement
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.ai)
- Willingness to travel for conferences and events
