About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent across the US market
- Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Conduct structured interviews and provide recommendations to hiring teams
- Support the offer process, including communication with candidates and coordination with HR
- Represent Pendo as a brand ambassador during candidate interactions and share Pendo’s culture and values
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and People teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with success in filling GTM roles in SaaS or technical industry
- Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS platforms and other recruiting tools, ModernLoop, Greenhouse, BrightHire
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
