About the role

  • Oversee our GTM recruitment team and processes at a global scale, responsible for building the roadmap along with execution with the team\n

  • Process optimization: continuously refine and optimize our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\n
  • Stakeholder collaboration: partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress\n
  • Talent sourcing: oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks\n
  • Candidate experience: ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding\n
  • Data-driven decisions: utilize recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive process improvements\n
  • Employer branding: enhance our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and benefits through various channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience: demonstrated success in a GTM/Sales recruitment leadership role directly supporting a Sales org and Sales leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n
  • Strategic mindset: ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives\n
  • Leadership skills: proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters\n
  • Excellent communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\n
  • Organizational skills: strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail\n
  • Data-driven approach: proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and using insights to drive process improvements\n
