Requirements
Proven experience: demonstrated success in a GTM/Sales recruitment leadership role directly supporting a Sales org and Sales leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n

Leadership skills: proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters\n
