Account Manager

• **Position Overview:** The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers in the Fort Lauderdale market. This role involves strategic sales, negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales or account management. Travel is required, approximately 50% - 75% of the time.
• **Key Responsibilities:**
• - **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• - **Strategic Sales:** Develop strategic relationships with existing key clients. Analyze and understand the business needs and goals of these key clients.
• - **Client Support:** Support contract execution of and respective agreements to maximize profit and ensure the timely delivery of products or services to the strategic accounts.
• - **Business Development:** Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to implement business solutions. Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts. (Creates and maintains a joint business plan)
• - **Customer Satisfaction:** Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction with the primary client and their customers.
• - **Reporting:** Report on the status of accounts and transactions. Track sales metrics and share them with the company’s internal teams.
• - **Forecasting:** Forecast and track key account metrics, aiming to improve them.
• - **Cross Functional Leadership:** “Working across the value chain” for the success of the account. Builds relationships and effectively communicates within CWS leadership across customer service, operations, etc.
