Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Professional Services-based B2B direct or partner sales role
- 1–5 years as an individual revenue contributor in partner sales
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through a channel partner-led Go-to-Market strategy
- Demonstrated success in co-selling with partners to new clients (Workday experience is an advantage)
- Demonstrated success in influencing diverse stakeholders to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Demonstrated success in executing partner field sales programs to drive lead development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with up to 40% annual travel
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner teams and initiatives
- Strong initiative, requiring minimal oversight during critical sales decisions
- Exceptional customer focus, with proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and establish trust
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for remote work
- Strategic thinking to identify and deliver new opportunities
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling or MEDDIC Sales methodology preferred
