Account Manager

• Source, qualify, and coordinate affiliate publishers, editorial sites, blogs, and media partners
• Lead outreach and communication with publishers regarding article placements, brand features, and affiliate content
• Own day-to-day messaging with publishers covering placements, content requirements, links, commissions, and timelines
• Coordinate and execute affiliate campaigns across Levanta and Wayward
• Support and manage paid article placements and commission-based publishing partnerships

• The Product Sourcing Coordinator works with the Product Development team to create and order new products for the company while managing reorders of existing products to ensure optimal pricing and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers via Alibaba and other platforms to achieve best pricing and quality for all products
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with factories to ensure long-lasting partnerships
• Quickly facilitate delivery of new product samples - this is critical to completing our Product Pipeline
• Create and maintain "Golden Samples" - the definitive production standard showing exact expectations for quality
• Use data and spreadsheets to negotiate payment terms that allow inventory purchases without depleting cash quickly

Product Sourcing Coordinator

Project Manager

• Track 5-20 active product development projects using project management software
• Update project status sheets and timelines daily
• Send follow-up emails to manufacturers, suppliers, and testing labs for pending deliverables
• Monitor deadlines and alert the team 48-72 hours before critical milestones
• Chase down status updates from contract manufacturers on production timelines
• Follow up with formulators on sample approvals and testing results
• Send reminders to packaging suppliers about artwork approvals and shipment dates

• Manage creator and customer messaging pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups, clean data, and strong engagement.
• Maintain the creator CRM (e.g., Airtable/Reacher) with accurate outreach stages, response rates, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze outreach performance — open rates, CTR, conversions, onboarding rates — and optimize messaging cadence and content.
• Support customer outreach workflows, including sample requests, retention sequences, and follow-up messaging.
