About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support inventory planning, sourcing coordination, and supply chain operations.
Research and identify suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, lead times, and samples.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase orders.
Track inbound shipments and coordinate with 3PLs and warehouses.
Assist with data entry, audits, and documentation across workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related roles.
Exposure to sourcing or supplier coordination.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
