Key responsibilities & impact

Identify up-and-coming creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—especially in fitness, wellness, health, and performance niches.
Build curated lists of high-potential creators per week who align with our brand aesthetics, values, and customer psychographics.
Analyze creator engagement, audience quality, content style, and growth velocity to determine breakout potential.
Collaborate with internal teams to align creator selections with product launches, brand campaigns, and category goals.
Source relevant creator contact details and support outreach or intros to facilitate partnerships.
Stay on top of platform trends, subcultures, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media talent scouting
Demonstrated experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators across social platforms
Deep knowledge of the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator landscape
Pattern recognition skills—you can tell who’s going to pop before they do
Comfortable creating and maintaining organized watchlists or databases
Strong communication skills; able to articulate why a creator is a fit and how to approach them
Existing contacts or the ability to reach creators through DMs, email, or network
