About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes
Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability
Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions
Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes
Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use
Train team members on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON
Ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other eComm platforms (nice-to-have)
Experience in low-code platforms like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier (nice-to-have)
Prior work in fast-paced startups or agencies (nice-to-have)
2–3+ years in automation, scripting, or systems integrations
No formal degree required—just proof of hands-on experience
