Customer Success Manager

• Communicate with customers via telephone and other electronic communication methods.

• Implement installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of operating systems, physical and virtual infrastructure, middleware, and networking components to fulfill business requirements.
• Provides moderately complex technical support during critical and non-critical business hours on server hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Will be proactive and reactive for problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow up to ensure platform stability.
• Performs moderately complex application system and storage platform upgrades (hardware/software).
• Embrace Continuous Delivery principles such as Version Control, Continuous Integration, and Testing (smoke, sanity, regression), using tools like Git, Artifactory, Puppet, and Ansible to deliver robust IT solutions.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all the Platform Engineering technologies and work in a collaboration space with other Engineers within the PE team.
• Demonstrate advance troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux and Networking devices.
• Actively engage with your colleagues to tackle challenges and issues, taking initiative to identify options and to achieve objectives, often using data-driven insights.
• Opening and tracking cases with vendors, updating statuses, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Mentors junior team members on technology and process basics.

Platform Engineer III – Virtualization, Storage

Salesforce Developer

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software to meet requirements
• Design and develop test automation code
• Complete well-defined, complex program changes
• Perform basic analysis and design for clearly defined requirements
• Contribute to estimates required for user stories based on business requirements, specifications and designs.
• Comply with and contribute to SDLC standards and CD/CI procedures to ensure consistency
• Monitor progress against task estimates to provide status
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments
• Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments

• Execute daily processing schedules for payroll branches and Corporate business units.
• Monitor the Paychex network of servers, components, switches, routers, backups, and associated hardware.
• Respond to system issues and alerts for defined business services.
• Initiate problem tickets to Enterprise Support and third level technical teams.
• Utilize monitoring tools to oversee Paychex applications, websites, servers, networking systems, and business processes.
• Refer to Knowledge Base articles and follow standard procedures to address alerts related to job failures, service downtimes, and backups.
