About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in Developing e-learning or digital content using instructional design principles and learning materials, programs, and curricula for in-classroom and virtual audiences.
  • 3 years of experience in Creating content and design materials within a multi-segmented organization focused on contact center, sales, and service channels or international scale.
