About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set strategy and approve execution for our marketing vendor's paid media, SEO, AEO, and GEO programs
  • Own accountability for a growing digital ad budget (Google, LinkedIn) and report on performance against pipeline and revenue goals

  • Design and launch initial cross-sell and upsell campaigns into the existing customer base
  • Refine and strengthen our established lead handoff process with the Account Management team for customer marketing leads
  • Serve as the team's HubSpot manager - our workflows, customer email, and marketing dashboards all run through it - while maintaining working familiarity with Salesforce and outbound tools like Clay to support alignment across sales and marketing systems
  • Provide support for special projects as needed.
