About the role

  • Report to CEO and set vision for product function at PatientIQ, a healthcare technology company focused on improving patient outcomes.
  • Define, own, and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and professional development.
  • Build and refine product practices grounded in customer insight, market research, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align strategy and execution across multiple end-markets.
  • Serve as strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align roadmap with go-to-market and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on market positioning, enablement, and pricing/packaging strategy.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, improve adoption, and translate outcomes into measurable business results.
  • Accelerate adoption of the data product portfolio by leveraging PatientIQ's proprietary dataset.
  • Explore and deliver AI-driven insights and innovative capabilities for providers, medtech partners, and patients.
  • Represent PatientIQ's product strategy externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Head of Product, or equivalent).
  • Proven success leading product strategy and scaling product teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with commercial teams and shaping go-to-market strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both internal and external audiences.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of healthcare technology, medtech, or EHR integration is strongly preferred.
