About the role

We’re building the first comprehensive platform that restores trust and fairness to healthcare payments.
Lead deployment, training, and adoption of digital tools in healthcare environments, ensuring seamless integration from contract to go-live and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to bridge technology and healthcare operations.
Shape Phare Health’s implementation playbook and internal processes as an early team member; execute hands-on projects and coordinate high-stakes deployments.
Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployments from kickoff to go-live.
Be the primary point of contact and project lead for new customer implementations, building strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams and client IT/operations teams to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Provide regular updates to internal leadership and clients, ensuring alignment on wins, challenges, and timelines.
Assess client workflows and configure our platform to integrate into clinical and administrative processes.
Track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams or adjusting project scope.
Document and refine implementation processes to enhance repeatability and scalability.
Ensure all implementations comply with healthcare data privacy and security requirements, including HIPAA.
Support internal projects as needed, contributing to the startup’s growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management or software implementation in healthcare or regulated industries (bonus for experience deploying enterprise healthcare products - i.e., hospital, health system, and payer customers - especially product deployment involving EHR integration/claims data).
Skilled at juggling priorities and maintaining precision under tight timelines.
Able to explain complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues quickly with a solution-focused mindset.
Adaptable and outcomes-focused in a fast-paced, shifting startup environment.
Eager to make an impact in healthcare, with interest in AI, automation, and compliance.
Works well in cross-functional teams and values feedback to achieve shared goals.
Takes responsibility for tasks, ensuring success with accountability and a positive attitude.
Open to travel: hybrid role based in New York but will require occasional travel.
