• Phare Health: building a platform to reimagine healthcare payments, focusing on trust, transparency, and equity
• Partner directly with healthcare clients to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adoption
• Translate messy, heterogeneous healthcare data (EHR, claims, payer) into structured inputs for AI models
• Build and refine data pipelines and validation checks to ensure accuracy and reproducibility at scale
• Develop analyses and dashboards that surface insights for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve model training data and feedback loops
• Contribute to the customer delivery playbook and operate as an embedded member of client teams
• Role is primarily virtual with possible ad-hoc travel; hybrid New York HQ with 3-days/week onsite expectation

Lead deployment, training, and adoption of digital tools in healthcare environments, ensuring seamless integration from contract to go-live and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to bridge technology and healthcare operations.
Shape Phare Health’s implementation playbook and internal processes as an early team member; execute hands-on projects and coordinate high-stakes deployments.
Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployments from kickoff to go-live.
Be the primary point of contact and project lead for new customer implementations, building strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams and client IT/operations teams to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Provide regular updates to internal leadership and clients, ensuring alignment on wins, challenges, and timelines.
Assess client workflows and configure our platform to integrate into clinical and administrative processes.
Track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams or adjusting project scope.
Document and refine implementation processes to enhance repeatability and scalability.
Ensure all implementations comply with healthcare data privacy and security requirements, including HIPAA.
Support internal projects as needed, contributing to the startup’s growth.

• Own data ingestion to implement Phare’s platform at partner provider and payer systems; integrate via HL7, X12, SFTP, and API pipelines
• Hands-on role at intersection of healthcare data, systems integration, and architecture, bridging AI product with real-world health data infrastructure
• Design and implement data pipelines; set up validation and quality checks; monitor pipelines and ensure reliable data availability
• Resolve data fidelity, transformation, and mapping challenges; collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams; document architectures and build scalable playbooks; ensure HIPAA compliance
