Support both internal stakeholders and external clients in navigating healthcare revenue cycles
Define and prioritize requirements with data, AI, and software engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid product management experience, supporting AI-native or AI-enabled products in the healthcare and/or revenue cycle management domain
Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
Databricks Genie and/or Snowflake Cortex a plus
Proficiency with Gen AI application and agent architecture
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt design, agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation of LLM outputs, and cost/performance tradeoffs
