About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support both internal stakeholders and external clients in navigating healthcare revenue cycles
- Define and prioritize requirements with data, AI, and software engineering teams
- Communicate with business partners and clients to understand use cases and pain points
- Lead AI-native product development lifecycles from ideation to launch
- Mitigate blockers and make trade-off decisions between scope and schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid product management experience, supporting AI-native or AI-enabled products in the healthcare and/or revenue cycle management domain
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Databricks Genie and/or Snowflake Cortex a plus
- Proficiency with Gen AI application and agent architecture
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt design, agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation of LLM outputs, and cost/performance tradeoffs
