About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, leaders and people partners to design high-performing teams by identifying and attracting new talent with the mindset, drive, and skills to thrive.
  • Own complex end-to-end hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global go-to-market and business roles — from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting decision-making, and closing top talent.
  • Use data to drive decisions: Leverage real-time insights to improve hiring efficiency, identify funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions at every stage of the process.
  • Challenge the status quo: Bring new ideas, tools, and AI to make recruiting smarter, more efficient, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on go-to-market and senior-level roles in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on approach combined with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across various business contexts.
  • Confident in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to shape team growth and development strategies, ensuring recruiting aligns with business priorities.
  • Eagerness to tackle AI tools, automation, and employer branding to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate engagement.
  • Native-level fluency in German and strong command of English in a business context.
