Own complex end-to-end hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global go-to-market and business roles — from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting decision-making, and closing top talent.
Use data to drive decisions: Leverage real-time insights to improve hiring efficiency, identify funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions at every stage of the process.
Challenge the status quo: Bring new ideas, tools, and AI to make recruiting smarter, more efficient, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on go-to-market and senior-level roles in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
Hands-on approach combined with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across various business contexts.
Confident in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to shape team growth and development strategies, ensuring recruiting aligns with business priorities.
Eagerness to tackle AI tools, automation, and employer branding to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate engagement.
Native-level fluency in German and strong command of English in a business context.
