Support Engineer

• You will be the first point of contact for our customers on multiple channels (phone, email, etc.)
• You will be an expert in the use of our products and educate our customers on best practices
• You will solve known and common issues by using workarounds and fixes described in our internal knowledge base
• You will participate in the on-duty support role, which will help you improve the efficiency of the support team and enhance your leadership skills
• You will take part in the team’s and company’s OKRs
• You will identify severe or high priority issues and efficiently coordinate with specialists
• You will strengthen your team's knowledge by creating new technical articles internally and for our partners

Level 2 Technical Support Engineer – Software and Applications

Customer Success Manager

• Act as the trusted advisor for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, synthesizing their business needs, and communicating these insights across internal stakeholders
• Conduct regular high-touch customer activities, such as calls, service reviews, and enablement sessions, to deepen engagement and ensure satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption, usage, or growth within assigned accounts
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth early adoption and guiding customers toward achieving measurable success
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve them effectively
• Track and report on key account health metrics, and lead initiatives to address risks or drive improvements

Customer Success Manager, Laser Scanning

Mechanical Engineer

• Develop mechanical components and assemblies from first concepts to ramp-up of serial production.
• Own parts and assembly groups within development projects and support the execution of mechanical concepts together with senior engineers.
• Develop and validate design concepts through targeted prototyping and iterative design reviews.
• Work closely with production engineering and other teams in Development & Operations to ensure manufacturable, robust solutions.

Electrical Engineer

• Design and develop advanced PCBs (4+ layers, high-speed signals, power management) for our mobile mapping devices, including compute architectures, image sensors, and LiDAR integration
• Build and test prototypes quickly, using hands-on skills with soldering, lab equipment, and debugging to ensure hardware reliability
• Lead full board development cycles from concept through production, owning the technical decisions on component and supplier selection
• Collaborate closely with Mechanical Design, Embedded Software, Supply Chain, and Software teams to integrate electrical systems into our products

Senior Electrical Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• You will design, implement and maintain software tools to support the development and testing of electrical systems
• You will take ownership of our Electrical Engineering and Production Tooling codebase, toolchain, and development process
• You will work closely with other software teams to build automated testing tools which are used by our Support, Quality and Production teams
• You will get the chance to participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members

Software Engineer

• Serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping, integrating, and advancing value-based care market performance and operational excellence
• Partner closely with the Market President, key client stakeholders, and enterprise clinical and operational leaders to drive measurable outcomes
• Ensure scalable, high-quality, data-driven workflows and support multi-disciplinary teams in delivering best-in-class value-based care
• Translate the vision and strategy for value-based care performance across multiple regions and payer lines of business
• Oversee VBC performance across risk adjustment, and clinical quality
• Partner with Navvis’ VP of Finance to assess and drive financial outcomes

Senior Vice President, Value-Based Care Operations

Data Scientist

• Design and implement rigorous program evaluation studies using observational healthcare data
• Develop analytic frameworks to measure outcomes such as cost reduction, quality improvement, and patient engagement
• Apply causal inference methods, including PSM, DiD, IPTW, RDD, and other quasiexperimental approaches
• Develop and validate statistical models to estimate treatment effects and assess program impact
• Integrate machine learning algorithms (e.g., random forests, gradient boosting, neural networks) into predictive models using claims, EHR, SDOH, and clinical registry data
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data to engineer features from demographics, clinical history, utilization patterns, costs, and SDOH
• Build and refine predictive models for risk stratification and disease progression using longitudinal and time-to-event analysis
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and data engineering teams to embed models into workflows and develop scalable, reproducible data pipelines
• Maintain transparent, governed, reproducible analytic workflows, including version controlled code and documentation
• Contribute to best practices and methodological standards for program evaluation across the organization
• Stay current with advancements in causal inference, ML, and healthcare analytics to strengthen evaluation rigor

• Become a subject matter expert on NavVis IVION SaaS and manage the customer solution
• Work with diverse spatial data including 3D scans, point clouds, floor plans, panoramic images, and 3D models
• Manage all incoming 3D data as 3D Data Admin for a global production site
• Ensure processing, quality assurance, spatial data setup, and data delivery
• Interact with Reality Capture Service Provider, Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager
