Customer Success Manager

• Set clients up for success from the start. You’ll kick off every new engagement with a welcome call, then stay close during the first projects, answering questions, catching friction early, and helping clients get up and running with confidence.
• Help clients do more with what they have. Beyond onboarding, you’ll act as a hands-on advisor, guiding workflows, sharing best practices, and helping clients get measurably better results from NavVis products.
• Keep the relationship warm and the contract secure. Most renewals are automatic, but you make sure they stay that way, checking in proactively, flagging risks early, and looping in Sales when a client needs a different conversation.
• Spot the next opportunity before anyone asks. You know your clients well enough to see where they could benefit from doing more. You surface those moments and work with the team to turn them into real growth, for the client and for NavVis.

Account Executive

• You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close for customers in your region.
• You will showcase NavVis solutions at local and national trade shows.
• You will play a crucial role in managing your sales pipeline and closing deals.
• You'll crush quota by closing deals for the NavVis VLX Indoor Mobile Mapping system.

Technical Product Manager

• You will own and maintain the NavVis Cloud roadmap, balancing commercial priorities, technical investments, and operational needs
• Monitor product and delivery progress, identifying risks, scope changes, and opportunities early enough to drive corrective action
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide product decisions and ensure the platform continues to support NavVis' strategic goals
• Use your curiosity and technical expertise to deeply understand the needs of our customers, internal developers, QA engineers, and business operations teams, translating their challenges into meaningful platform improvements

Technical Product Manager – SaaS

Operations

• Serve as a day-to-day communication link between NavVis and our Japan Reseller
• Assist in translating or summarizing operational communications between Japanese and English
• Help prepare materials and updates for Reseller check-ins and business reviews
• Support the creation and maintenance of quotes for the Japan channel
• Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals
• Maintain and update records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

Revenue Operations

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, building and maintaining models that give leadership a reliable forward-looking view of ARR development, net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR) across EMEA and the US.
• Design and deliver full-funnel revenue performance reporting, from upper-funnel marketing KPIs (leads, MQLs, campaign contribution to revenue) through to recognized revenue, renewals and customer expansion, ensuring every stage of the revenue lifecycle is visible and actionable.
• Track and analyze existing customer revenue performance in close collaboration with Customer Success, monitoring NRR, expansion revenue and churn risk as integral components of the overall revenue health picture.
• Serve as a critical interface to Finance and Operations translating revenue data into the inputs Finance needs for planning and reporting cycles and aligning with Operations on the process infrastructure that underpins revenue delivery.
• Actively contribute to NavVis's company-wide OKRs tied to the transformation towards an ARR- and revenue-focused business model, translating strategic growth initiatives into operational metrics, reporting structures and cross-functional processes that make the transformation measurable and accountable.
• Collaborate closely with NavVis's Sales Operations experts, building on their deep sales process knowledge to extend visibility upstream into marketing and downstream into customer revenue, without duplicating what Sales Ops already owns.
• Actively explore and embed AI-powered solutions into revenue processes from revenue forecasting and lead scoring to automated reporting and workflow optimization to help us scale without adding manual overhead.

Revenue Operations Manager

• Identify and understand target customers and decision-makers, tailoring your approach based on the sales landscape and industry-specific use cases
• Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, industry events and LinkedIn

• Own data quality standards, metric definitions, and data contracts to ensure reliable and trustworthy data
• Guide and coordinate a small data engineering team, providing technical guidance, test data integration, and day-to-day direction
• Design and contribute hands-on to ELT pipelines, data models, and source integrations across the platform
• Drive the ongoing Databricks migration from both a technical and product perspective
• Own the platform roadmap and OKRs in collaboration with senior leadership

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple development teams
• Support migration from TeamCity to GitHub Actions, providing best practices and hands-on implementation guidance
• Own and evolve GitOps workflows using Argo CD to improve deployment reliability and consistency
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize pipelines, reduce operational toil, and enable self-service delivery
