About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a day-to-day communication link between NavVis and our Japan Reseller
- Assist in translating or summarizing operational communications between Japanese and English
- Help prepare materials and updates for Reseller check-ins and business reviews
- Support the creation and maintenance of quotes for the Japan channel
- Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals
- Maintain and update records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Assist with order entry and basic order tracking tasks
- Help pull together regular reports and update dashboards in Power BI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or near-native Japanese (written and spoken)
- Good English skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field
- A basic understanding of how B2B sales or reseller/channel business works is a plus
- Genuine interest in sales operations
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with a CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a nice-to-have
- Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
