Working Student – Integrated Marketing Campaigns
NavVisWorking Student on Demand Generation team coordinating operational execution of webinars at NavVis in Munich. Collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring seamless experience for attendees and speakers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the end-to-end operational project timeline for webinars
- Manage speaker and stakeholder communication
- Serve as the primary logistics contact for each webinar
- Organize technical rehearsals
- Support live webinar execution
- Coordinate post-webinar follow-up activities
- Maintain the webinar asset library
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Interest in B2B marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
- Nice to have: Prior experience coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience with webinar platforms such as ON24, GoTo Webinar, or Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
