• Serve as the creative lead and brand voice for all Parallel retail and product brands.
• Evolve, protect, and enforce brand identity, guidelines, and storytelling frameworks across all markets.
• Translate strategic business goals into compelling creative concepts for advertising, retail, digital content, packaging, and experiential activations.

• Directly own and lead continuous recruiting and hiring process for Parallel providers
• Build and maintain a network of clinical talent

• Ensure the recruiting team provides best-in-class experiences
• Leverage job platforms and recruiting resources to proactively source candidates

Head of Provider Recruiting

Account Manager

• Strategically plan, develop, and execute a territory growth plan for states within the Southeastern U.S.
• Identify, qualify, and manage prospective clients through the sales funnel using Salesforce and Salesloft
• Understand district pain points and goals; craft tailored solutions leveraging Parallel Learning’s suite of services
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key district administrators, special education leaders, and decision-makers
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

Bilingual School Psychologist

Manager

• Lead a Team and Support the growth of Parallel’s Special Education Programs
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to assigned portfolio of providers; including providing corrective feedback, feedback on instructional strategies, lesson planning, and IEP implementation, as well as sharing evidence-based resources and best practices
• Host team roundtables and provider meetings; includes provider training (workshops, continuing education sessions)
• Assist Parallel’s talent team in recruiting and selecting new Special Education teachers; assist in screening applicants and reviewing applicant case studies
• Orient and train new service providers on Parallel processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success Teams to align instructional service offerings with district needs, ensuring smooth implementation of SDI and academic support service
• Collaborate and support Provider and School Operations teams with day to day needs; including billing for services, scheduling, caseload management
• Work closely with school district administrators and teams to resolve potential concerns and to ensure students receive the services they need

• Lead weekly orientations, Q&A sessions, and provider meetings to support a smooth onboarding journey
• Deliver demos, coaching, and ad-hoc trainings as providers reach onboarding milestones
• Foster an inclusive, engaging environment that promotes participation and confidence
• Keep training materials and resources updated across platforms in partnership with SMEs
• Design interactive sessions using adult learning principles and real-time feedback
• Track and report on attendance, engagement, and onboarding metrics to drive improvements
• Identify opportunities for peer mentoring and ongoing provider support
