• Manage the full-cycle recruitment of clinical providers with a focus on speed-to-hire, ensuring our Sales and Ops teams have the staff they need to fulfill school contracts on day one.
• Collaborate with Head of Provider Recruiting and other stakeholders to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Keep the ATS (Greenhouse) updated in real-time, ensuring candidates move through the process without friction or delays.
• Handle screenings and offer negotiations with a "closer" mentality to ensure we don't lose top talent to competitors.

Clinical Recruiter – Temporary

Artificial Intelligence

• Write, edit, and optimize copy for emails, SMS campaigns, website content, product descriptions, in-store signage, social media captions, and blog posts.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / GPT-5, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to expand, refine, or localize copy while maintaining brand tone and accuracy.
• Apply prompt-writing techniques to improve output consistency and creativity.
• Maintain and update content libraries, copy templates, and brand language glossaries.
• Work with compliance/legal to ensure all messaging meets state cannabis advertising laws (age gating, claim restrictions, disclaimers).
• Collaborate with CRM/e-commerce team to test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging variations.
• Localize copy to reflect market differences between MA and FL (product offerings, promotions, regulations).
• Monitor brand voice consistency and flag messaging that deviates.
• Track and apply performance insights (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches

AI Copy Specialist

Payroll

• Own benefits administration: manage Employee Navigator, audit monthly statements, align our benefits platform with our HRIS data, own system integrations, and support the VP of People with Open Enrollment
• Act as payroll administrator: run talent and staff payrolls, own payroll submissions, manage employment tax applications, update time off accruals, send payroll reports to our 401k vendor, and support the accounting team with payroll reconciliation and variance investigation
• Payroll tax compliance and liability management: Stay on top of payroll tax liabilities and filings at the federal, state, and local levels; ensure payroll taxes are paid timely and filings are submitted accurately to avoid notices, penalties, or delinquency issues; proactively address and resolve any tax notices or discrepancies with agencies and payroll providers
• Audit HSA withdrawals to ensure they match contributions
• Track and pay all state taxes that are not auto-paid by our HRIS
• Partner with our benefits broker and VP of People to resolve discrepancies and support issues
• Equity administration support
• Be the first point of contact for employees in need of payroll and benefits support, answer Zendesk tickets on those subjects and escalate questions appropriately, resolve issues in a friendly and timely manner
• Manage special projects: use your excel skills to build out ad hoc projects encompassing benefits, annual audits, employment taxes, and PTO

• Research and identify new business opportunities based on key customer profiles in school districts and other relevant organizations
• Apply sales development best practices with email, phone, and social outreach to connect with new prospects
• Utilize discovery and objection handling strategies to speak knowledgeably with decision-makers and to build interest in our offerings
• Engage with prospects to articulate Parallel’s value proposition
• Record contacts and outreach using our CSM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve and exceed program targets
