Manager – Organizational & Leadership Development
ParallelManager of Organizational & Leadership Development responsible for improving organizational effectiveness at Live Parallel. Partnering with HR for performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive organizational effectiveness including org design, workforce planning, and role clarity
- Lead and improve the enterprise performance management process
- Execute talent reviews, 9-box calibration, and development planning
- Support succession planning and bench strength development
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs including the creation of a high-potential program
- Develop learning tools, playbooks, and materials
- Track and report on performance, talent, and leadership metrics
- Support Head of HR in monthly business review preparation
- Support change initiatives across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 5–8+ years in OD, Talent, L&D, or HRBP roles
- Experience with performance management and talent reviews
- Strong facilitation and program design capability
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders
