• Prepare and revise engineering design documents and technical drawings using applicable CAD platforms (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBridge) in support of project deliverables.
• Translate engineer direction, markups, and sketches into accurate and complete design documentation with minimal supervision.
• Apply company CAD standards to ensure consistency in layers, symbols, line styles, and sheet organization across all deliverables.
• Perform quality control checks and incorporate applicable agency standards, guidelines, and checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and maintain project schedules.
• Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and exhibits as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation to support collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Develop pipeline and facility layouts, including plan and profile drawings.
• Produce hydraulic profiles, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Support field investigations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate design elements to support project delivery and construction documentation.

• Provide project management oversight throughout all phases of a construction project/projects including budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management to execute the client’s project goals and objectives
• Confirm the project meets the client’s requirements, budget, schedule, and regulatory agencies guidelines
• Direct and supervise construction inspection staff
• Serve as the liaison between engineers, contractors, testing agencies, and the client

• Establish and maintain project structure, budget, and schedule
• Review design criteria, documents, and specifications throughout a project lifecycle
• Assist department leads in preparing proposals and assigning project teams
• Manage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Lead monthly project billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Manage the design of projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other softwares
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals
• Additional related duties as needed

Landscape Architect – Project Manager

• Assist in the preparation of design concepts, schematic design, cost estimates, and code analysis and presentation as assigned
• Develop design concepts by hand graphics and computer graphic programs, including SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• Maintain project communications and information
• Prepare designs previously originated or refine and develop sketches provided by others
• Learn to read and understand construction drawings, digital mapping, and other related documentation
