Account Executive

• Lead and manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities within existing Fortune/Global 2000 accounts (~6 accounts)
• Drive value selling by highlighting PagerDuty product value and aligning solutions to customer business outcomes
• Develop strategic plans to anticipate and address customer needs based on competitor knowledge and industry trends
• Identify long-term strategies to grow accounts by aligning with customers' Big Problems and objectives
• Negotiate positive business outcomes and manage/close complex, multi-product sales cycles
• Conduct consistent and effective conversations with senior-level executives (SVP+) and present customized content
• Plan territory mapping, priority account targets, and work with support teams to execute territory strategy
• Provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends
• Prospect using Marketing, Alliances, BDR programs and develop approaches to open net new logo opportunities
• Create account-winning strategies, qualify opportunities, document qualification details (MEDDICC & COM Framework)
• Proactively engage internal resources and partners to move the sales process forward
• Report to a Regional Sales Director and travel approximately 30%

Backend Engineer

• Lead technology strategy that influences across multiple products, teams, and geographies
• Drive and promote reliability engineering strategy and best practices
• Lead design reviews to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Stay close to technology with a hands-on approach
• Incorporate corporate strategy, customer needs, industry trends, and technology into future-focused plans
• Actively participate across engineering, product and corporate strategy teams to achieve operational excellence
• Act as coach and mentor to Staff+ engineers
• Promote a culture of creativity, learning, and collective success and develop a technology and architecture roadmap that delivers on business outcomes
• Bring a pragmatic approach to technology-driven decisions and investments
• Participate quickly in teams at both architecture design and implementation
• Report to the CTO and work across Engineering and Product organizations
• Participate in customer-facing and industry engagements that inform technology vision and strategy

Human Resources

• Provides technical support for our Workday Modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Keeping, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, etc.), including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Collaborates with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption.
• Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of feature releases.
• Documents process and results following our SOX compliance change management process.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data.
• Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs.
• Act as a system consultant to process and program owners.

Senior HRIS Analyst

Analyst

• Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
• Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
• Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT (nice to have).
• Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
• Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
• Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.
• The base salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD.
• This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
