• Work with product and UX design managers to deeply understand PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys

Product Manager – App Platform

Operations

• Establish scalable Revenue Operations, including pricing support, approval processes, quote-to-cash optimization, and sales tool implementation to enhance productivity
• Lead sales strategy development and annual planning cycles, prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with company financial plans and objectives
• Design and implement territory planning, capacity modeling, and target assignment using market insights, propensity models, and industry benchmarks to optimize field organization performance
• Partner with sales leadership and finance to design, implement, and monitor sales compensation plans that drive organizational priorities and healthy attainment levels
• Develop reporting, analytics, and field enablement programs that provide actionable insights for management decision-making and measurable impact on sales effectiveness
• Support sales operating rhythm and management discipline including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and board reporting preparation
• Build and scale high-engagement global teams while maintaining effective field communication programs and vendor/contract management

VP, Sales Operations

• Work with product and UX design managers to deeply understand PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality, integration needs and customer journeys
• Prioritize input and feedback from internal app development and professional services teams, and external customer and ISV partner teams
• Partner closely with engineering and design on API design and developer experience
• Partner on platform strategy with our AI team to align REST API and MCP capabilities
• Define API access control and monetization requirements and engage with admin, authentication, product analytics, monetization & entitlements teams to implement them
• Engage with leading developer tooling companies to develop strategic integrations that put the power of PagerDuty into the hands of developers where they work
• Partner with developer marketing on community engagement and the ecosystem partnerships team to evangelize our platform and gather developer input

Principal Product Manager – Developer Platform

• Guide product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap allocating resources strategically between innovation and sustaining existing products to optimize business outcomes for:
• Core services: admin, authentication, security, notification, ingestion, app experience
• Developer Experience: APIs & Integrations - docs & tools, strategic integrations
• Infrastructure & Internal Tools: Internal admin tools, distribution channel enablement
• Build shared services and components to be used by multiple teams to create leverage and accelerate application feature delivery velocity
• Deliver APIs, developer tools and content to seamlessly onboard PagerDuty apps and professional services teams and customers onto the platform
• Evolve our contextual data platform enabling scalable and secure ingestion and correlation of data across a vast number of sources to be consumed by and contributed to by our apps
• Expand our integration ecosystem through internal development and partnerships across communications platforms, infrastructure, monitoring and observability, ITSM and IDPs and other developer tools
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to meet our reliability, scalability, and compliance objectives
• Drive project prioritization based on customer value, compliance, developer velocity, cost control, and other business objectives across internal app teams, professional services, customers and 3rd-party partners
• Foster a high-performing, product management team with diversity of experience and perspectives through coaching, empowerment, and accountability
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, media and industry analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, representing PagerDuty as a thought leader

Senior Director, Platform Product Management

• Research customer needs, define, and evangelize a roadmap that reflects the strategic vision for AIOps, taking into account business strategy, technical feasibility, and usability
• Understand our broader Operations Cloud vision and deliver competitive differentiation by deeply integrating with other elements of our product portfolio
• Partner with a dedicated group of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver and iterate on products and features that address critical customer needs

Senior Product Manager, AIOps

Account Executive

• Lead and manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities within existing Fortune/Global 2000 accounts (~6 accounts)
• Drive value selling by highlighting PagerDuty product value and aligning solutions to customer business outcomes
• Develop strategic plans to anticipate and address customer needs based on competitor knowledge and industry trends
• Identify long-term strategies to grow accounts by aligning with customers' Big Problems and objectives
• Negotiate positive business outcomes and manage/close complex, multi-product sales cycles
• Conduct consistent and effective conversations with senior-level executives (SVP+) and present customized content
• Plan territory mapping, priority account targets, and work with support teams to execute territory strategy
• Provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market trends
• Prospect using Marketing, Alliances, BDR programs and develop approaches to open net new logo opportunities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.

• Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
