• Build agentic applications and workflows using the LLM frameworks

• Implement RAG pipelines, including vector store integration, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization
• Own the full lifecycle of agent systems from prototype through production

Applied AI Engineer

Data Analyst

• Define payer-grade outcomes measurement for care navigation and wellness programs: savings, quality, utilization, engagement—using transparent methodology, assumptions, and exclusions suitable for actuarial/client analytics review
• Claims + clinical/engagement data integration: design data requirements and pipelines that combine medical/Rx claims, eligibility, risk scores, care management/case notes (as applicable), vendor feeds, and navigation engagement signals
• Utilization and site-of-care impact analysis: quantify shifts in ED, inpatient admits, readmissions, avoidable visits, outpatient steerage, and guideline-based care gaps closure attributable to navigation/wellness interventions
• Population stratification & targeting analytics: segment members by risk, condition, rising-risk, and likelihood-to-engage; identify where navigation and wellness can drive measurable economic value
• Support contracting & renewals with evidence: partner with Sales/Client Success to define measurement language in SOWs, set reporting expectations, and provide credible performance narratives for renewals/expansions
• Clinical-program translation to economics: connect operational levers to downstream utilization and cost impacts
• Measurement governance & QA: implement audit trails, reproducible analyses, and data quality checks to ensure reliability of published results.

Clinical Data Analyst

Vice President

• Define and own Pager Health’s enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy.
• Establish a unified vision for how data is collected, governed, analyzed, and shared across the organization to support both internal decision-making and client-facing insights.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, using data to identify opportunities to create, protect, and expand enterprise value across growth, efficiency, and client impact.
• Build and lead a centralized Data and Reporting shared services function by bringing together existing data and reporting teams currently embedded across the organization.
• Own enterprise-wide dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, ensuring a single source of truth for executive and functional decision-making.
• Develop scalable internal reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership and functional teams.
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact, client-facing reporting and analytics that demonstrate the value, outcomes, and meaning of Pager Health’s services.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to guide data architecture, tooling, and pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align data initiatives with business goals.

Marketing

• Advance and steward Pager Health’s visual brand identity across marketing and sales channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our evolving market position.
• Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, social media, thought leadership, video/motion, and web.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and architect persuasive presentation stories for buyers and RFP responses.
• Translate complex and data-heavy healthcare and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals, including charts, diagrams, frameworks, and infographics.
• Develop scalable templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks that improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
• Own management of the design and media library, maintaining quality control and version integrity.
• Support Growth and executive leadership with polished, data-driven presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
• Introduce modern design approaches and leverage emerging tools, including AI-enabled software, to increase efficiency and creative impact.

Brand and Creative Marketing Designer

• Amplify the Pager Health brand as the leader in digital care navigation to healthcare business executives
• Accountable for all account-based B2B and B2C/engagement marketing activities, budget, tactics and staff management
• Collaborate with Sales and lead generation resources to drive qualified account leads
• Work with Product, BD teams to establish Pager Health key product marketing and go-to-market messaging and collaterals
• Deploy messages across leading paid, earned owned and social channels
• Partner with leading industry consultants, analysts, agencies and thought leaders to engage key business audiences
• Partner with customers to produce, distribute and promote white-papers and case studies about the value of the Pager Health solution
