About the role
- Drive and execute marketing programs for Facial Protection category to build a sustainable and profitable business
- Develop initiatives to drive key strategies and collaborate with customers and stakeholders
- Handle downstream marketing activities to support North American business
- Report to Director of Facial Protection and understand all aspects of the Facial Protection business
- Participate in monthly S&OP process; manage and report sales pipeline using salesforce.com and work with Demand Planning
- Gather and synthesize data analytics and perform data analysis to inform business decisions, forecast results and infer manufacturing implications
- Conceptualize and lead product and services initiatives to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share
- Provide leadership for commercial program development and execution (pricing strategies, sales collaterals, training)
- Assist in preparation of monthly business review, category forecast collateral and P&L analyses
- Monitor marketplace, collect business intelligence, perform market research, identify opportunities and craft product strategies
- Lead cross functional team in new product development projects
- Commercial/Customer site visits and trade show attendance as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business /related field
- 3-5 years business experience, Product Management, Marketing and/or Sales required
- Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences preferred
- MBA desirable or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and complete projects within required timeframes; bias for action.
- Operate with a sense of urgency, curiosity, and an aggressive desire to win.
