About the role
- Partner with Strategic Client Executive and Client Management Leadership to deliver best-in-class service and proactive solutions
- Drive product utilization and adoption and identify opportunities to optimize client utilization to unlock growth
- Responsible for revenue and performance management related to BU; track client revenue vs. targets and investigate dips or underperformance
- Understand client operational goals and develop/deliver client-specific strategies and account plan updates
- Manage client updates (change forms, client setup, group updates, report updates) and special client notices
- Provide direct client support for assigned vertical accounts and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders as needed
- Perform Salesforce.com CRM activities, Intelagree contract/addendum requests, Jira task management, and business review data requests
- Manage client-facing reporting needs and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related preferred
- 5+ years in client facing role
- Experience in cost management, electronic payments, healthcare communications and/or provider network relations a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Suite products
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Passion for digging into the details, investigation and improving client experience
- Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Self-motivated with dynamic interpersonal skills to develop strong rapport with clients and internal partners
- Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
- Estimated 20% domestic travel
