About the role
- Key contributor to lead management process and management of MarTech tech stack
- Support operational management, automations, adoption and optimizations of multi-touch, multi-channel sales engagement and events platforms
- Serve as primary SME for sales engagement and events platforms: platform operations, user support, system integrations, reporting and adoption
- Own end-to-end platform administration including access control, role-based governance, email compliance and account setup
- Support management and governance of events management platform and creation of approved assets for sales cadences
- Manage vendor relationships and product roadmaps
- Administer telephony systems and phone tree configurations
- Oversee integrations across technologies to ensure seamless data flow and user experience
- Build and optimise automations, cadences and workflows to support new use cases and scale functionality
- Maintain internal documentation and manage a centralised resource library
- Manage technical data syncs and pipeline, including data warehouse integrations for reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor usage, effectiveness and KPIs
- Collaborate with sales enablement and coaches to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement
- Serve as first line support for troubleshooting user issues and coordinate with vendors
- Identify areas of optimisation to expand usage and drive adoption of tools

- Prior experience in sales operations or enablement roles
- Ability to work cross-functionally (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations)
- Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Events Management platforms
- Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes
- Drive to learn and become subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies
