About the role
- Drive success and execute business within Walmart stores, including cellular business
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to District Sales Managers and Operational Teams
- Collaborate with VP of Sales and Operations on sales, service, and operational processes
- Develop and manage regional sales strategy ensuring KPI attainment (Sales, Payroll, Shrink, Turnover)
- Build and implement tactical quarterly business plans
- Complete and participate in field visit reports, operational audits, and store visits
- Facilitate training, mentoring, and development of District Managers
- Inspire and motivate leadership team through coaching and mentoring
- Partner with recruitment, HR, and corporate operations to align talent and manage issues
Requirements
- Passionate, sales-driven leader
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, and guidance to District Sales Managers and Operational Teams
- Experience executing sales and operational processes in retail (Walmart stores) and cellular business
- Ability to develop and manage sales strategy and tactical quarterly business plans
- Experience in training, mentoring, and development of managers
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to lead organizational change and inspire teams
