About the role

  • Responsible for the creation of new Hypersonix customers and establishing positive relationships with potential customers to achieve sales targets
  • Active sales prospecting/hunting, lead cultivation, and qualifying prospective new clients
  • Arrange software demonstrations and coordinate with product specialists and management to win business
  • Primarily an inside sales role focused on expanding market presence among medium and large-sized businesses in retail, restaurants, eCommerce, and hospitality
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Represent Hypersonix’s products and services and demonstrate how solutions address customer needs
  • Refine and optimize lead-generation strategies and implement annual sales and client account plans as guided by the VP of Sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage customer records, sales forecasts, proposals, ROI analyses, and invoices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development and Finance and utilize sales development platforms for outreach

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, and eCommerce industries
  • Strong track record of success in software or SaaS sales
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and goal-driven in acquiring and closing targeted clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed
