Implement strategic HR initiatives and consult leaders of all levels in your respective division
Improve existing HR processes and policies
Partner with the business to identify improvement areas such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development
Use HR KPI and analytics to drive decisions and monitor impact
Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a streamlined employee life cycle
Mentor Junior People Partners in the team
Requirements
Relevant experience in HR Business Partner or strategic HR roles, ideally in a fast growing (Tech) company
Ability to partner with relevant business functions, mainly Sales / Business Orgs
Proven success in implementing HR initiatives (hands on) to achieve strategic business goals
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interact with leaders at all levels through excellent communication skills and data driven analytical thinking
