About the role
- Supporting employees and external partners across the employee lifecycle
- Designing and overseeing recruiting and onboarding
- Coordinating interviews and aligning with hiring managers
- Implementing and optimizing HR processes, including automation
- Managing contracts, monitoring budgets, and reporting
Requirements
- Several years' professional experience (>3 years) in human resources (HR) and/or project management, office & team management
- Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or operations — preferably in a consulting or tech environment
- Confident user of MS Office and other relevant tools (CRM, PSA, HR tools)
- Excellent written and spoken German; basic English skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working in a team and proactively supporting colleagues
- Curious, open to new tools, and committed to continuous development
