• As a Senior IT Consultant at osapiens, you will be at the forefront of implementing our cutting-edge solutions for maintenance and field service operations.
• You’ll work closely with customers, guiding them from initial requirements gathering through system implementation, integration, and post-launch support, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success.
• This role blends functional expertise, technical know-how, and strategic consulting, with SAP integration experience being a strong plus.
• Leading IT projects end-to-end, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with business goals, while keeping management and stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Understanding customer challenges and business needs, define clear requirements, and ensure processes are mapped effectively to our solutions, documented in a clear business blueprint.
• Breaking down project scope into actionable tasks, configuring systems to meet customer needs, and coordinate any necessary custom developments with the team.
• Overseeing testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system functions correctly before go-live.
• Guiding customers through the go-live process, providing support during the transition, and ensuring smooth post-implementation stabilization.
• Implementing solutions across both SAP and non-SAP environments, working with businesses of various sizes, industries, and global markets.
