• Monitor, analyze, and forecast financial data
• Evaluate accounting allocations, spending patterns, and performance trends
• Track expenses, inventories, and budget balances
• Prepare detailed forecasting reports and financial projections
• Identify potential financial risks or opportunities
• Develop recommendations for budget allocations
• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques for budget scenarios
• Collaborate with department leaders for budget inputs and report findings to senior leadership

• Originating residential first mortgage and equity loans while engaging in related business development activities.
• Ensuring members receive exemplary mortgage loan origination services in alignment with ORNL Federal Credit Union’s lending policies.
• Counseling members, gathering necessary information to evaluate credit applications, and submitting loans to underwriting.
• Fostering strong working relationships with retail bank partners.
• Providing education, support, and guidance to branch partners to enhance growth and development.
• Conducting applicant interviews to counsel borrowers on loan products.
• Analyzing financial data, completing loan applications, and setting clear expectations for the loan process.
• Maintaining communication with support staff to ensure smooth loan processing.

Mortgage Banking Officer, Bilingual Spanish/English
