About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading and directing projects from inception to execution and closure
- Collaborate and develop working relationships across the organization
- Manage and advance technology-focused projects and programs
- Define the scope of corporate and IT projects in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage all software, certificates, and system upgrades and releases
- Keep the VP of Project Management informed of project updates and scheduled changes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify impacts of releases/upgrades and coordinate testing and documentation
- Document all versions and/or related release dates in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into project scope; prepare project and technology plans
- Evaluate vendor products and ensure successful integration of third-party technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Experience preparing and delivering project updates, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations
- Experience documenting business requirements and converting them into actionable project plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
- PMP certification or equivalent required
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365
- High proficiency with project management software such as ClickUp, Smartsheet, or equivalent
- Strong data analysis skills
