Account Manager

• Responsible for all commercial sales activity for designated global and domestic accounts in PVC Specialty Resins segments (flooring, artificial leather, custom formulating, others as assigned)
• Manage distribution network in the U.S. / Canada
• Identify, close and track new business opportunities in short and long term
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates and terms
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for key customer demand and new/lost business impacts
• Develop account strategy and coordinate support
• Respond to service and quality issues
• Deliver the sales budget for the region and manage costs to budget levels
• Develop year-over-year profitable revenue growth and robust new business development
• Embrace the sales process using customer-centric selling skills and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
