About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Asegurar la adquisición oportuna y eficiente de materiales y refacciones (MRO y MRP)
  • Procesar requisiciones de compra para: Refacciones críticas de planta, Materiales indirectos (MRO), Materiales de stock (MRP)
  • Generar órdenes de compra en SAP
  • Asegurar entregas en tiempo para evitar impacto en la operación
  • Gestionar cumplimiento de proveedores REPSE en plataforma
  • Dar seguimiento puntual a órdenes abiertas y fechas compromiso
  • Gestionar urgencias de operación (compras spot o emergentes)
  • Solicitar y comparar cotizaciones técnicas y comerciales
  • Interactuar con proveedores de equipos industriales y refacciones especializadas
  • Apoyar en negociaciones básicas (precio, lead time, condiciones de pago)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Mecánica o afín) o Administración / Negocios
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • 0 a 2 años en compras, supply chain o sector industrial
  • Deseable experiencia en MRO
  • Manejo de SAP (MM) o ERP similar
  • Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos)
  • Alta organización y seguimiento (ambiente dinámico de planta)
