• Manage electronic filing and maintain organized case records in compliance with California court requirements.
• Conduct legal research to support filings, hearings, and case strategies.
• Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically for intake, updates, and follow-ups.
• Track and manage case calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules.
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties as needed.
• Provide ongoing administrative and legal support to enhance attorney efficiency.
• Remote collaboration with a family law attorney; must work Pacific Time hours.
