Project Manager

• Spearhead the creation of enticing, detailed proposals and budgets, strategically negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and maximize value.
• Manage the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crafting compelling submissions that showcase the company's unique offerings.
• Lead the execution of MICE projects from concept to completion, including performing site inspections and overseeing on-site operations in Greek destinations (Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, Crete, Rhodes, Corfu, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the MICE back-office team to ensure complete operational support and execution.
• Proactively develop cross-selling opportunities, promoting services to enrich client experiences and drive business growth.
• Ensure meticulous financial management, from timely billing submissions to post-event reconciliation and reporting.

MICE Project Manager, English / French Speaking

Accounting Manager

• Ensure full compliance with tax legislation, Local GAAP, and company policies.
• Timely preparation and submission of VAT returns, withholding tax statements, and annual income tax returns.
• Monitor fixed assets: additions, disposals, IFRS 16 calculations, and reconciliation of the Fixed Assets Register with the Trial Balance.
• Oversee the month-end closing process and perform accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports for organizations such as the Bank of Greece, Hellenic Statistical Authority, etc.
• Coordinate tax and financial audits in collaboration with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain effective internal accounting controls.
• Guide and train junior accountants.
• Prepare and submit all required reports related to corporate actions (e.g. share capital increases, start-up activities).
• Actively participate in monthly and year-end closings under IFRS and tax reporting frameworks.
