• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Set up new properties in Client Software Platforms and keep new Property Owners informed and confident in our ability to manage their properties.
• Detailed tracking and management of renewals to ensure minimum vacancy.
• Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
• Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.

• Drive new business acquisition by securing high-value accounts and establishing a refined, repeatable framework for regional success.

• Lead multi-threaded engagements with long-term horizons, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders remain aligned throughout the journey.
• Facilitate high-level negotiations regarding pricing and contract terms, ensuring a seamless bridge between customer needs and our legal/security requirements.
• Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene to ensure data-driven decision-making and accurate regional forecasting.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers
• Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training
• Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials
• Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts
• Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training
• Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth
