Senior Recruiter – 12 month contract

Customer Support

• High-Volume Multi-Channel Support: Manage a busy queue of inbound billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Deliver "Hospitality-Grade" service that prioritizes clarity, empathy, and speed.
• Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Act as the front-line problem solver for billing disputes. Use professional empathy and clear communication to navigate financial friction, manage difficult performance issues, and de-escalate partner concerns.
• Revenue Retention & Churn Prevention: Uncover the "why" behind billing inquiries. Use your interactions to identify churn risks, solve account friction, and ensure restaurant partners feel financially secure and respected.
• Collections & Account Management: Execute outreach strategies for past-due accounts, prioritizing relationship retention alongside financial recovery. Negotiate creative payment arrangements to support restaurant longevity and maintain full case ownership through to final resolution.
• Financial Processing & Data Integrity: Process ACH and credit card payments securely in a PCI-compliant manner. Reconcile customer data across systems and execute account adjustments to ensure precise, audit-ready financial record-keeping.
• Operational Efficiency: Navigate multiple systems in real-time during live partner interactions, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns in billing errors to recommend internal process improvements. Use forward-thinking skills to identify at-risk accounts and proactively prevent churn.

Billing Support Specialist

Product Marketing

• Drive Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, track competitor product updates, and synthesize business strategies to keep OpenTable a step ahead.
• Empower the Field: Translate market insights into actionable sales enablement assets. You will provide high-touch support on complex deals and equip the sales team with the narrative tools they need to win.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis (including Win/Loss interviews and data analysis) to provide recommendations to Product, Sales, and Executive leadership.
• Tell the Story: Distill complex data sets and market research into compelling internal presentations for company-wide briefings and Sales Kickoffs.

• Own revenue, customer growth, and retention across the Miami and Las Vegas markets through new sales acquisition and account expansion.

Risk

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize IT risks across OpenTable’s operations.
• Oversee regular risk assessments and control certification/validation activities.
• Monitor emerging IT risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of internal controls over technology systems and processes, particularly those supporting financial reporting (e.g., SOX compliance).
• Guide teams in the execution of user access reviews, segregation of duties monitoring, change management controls, and other standard IT controls.
• Maintain documentation of controls, processes, and evidence required for internal and external audits.
• Manage quarterly and annual control certification and user access review cycles.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, the Finance organization, and external auditors.
• Support ITGC (IT General Controls) management testing.
• Investigate any identified control deficiencies, oversee remediation efforts, and work to strengthen and automate internal controls as appropriate.
