About the role
- Own the patient journey, by developing and executing strategies to enhance the patient experience, from scheduling to post-visit engagement.
- Drive innovation, leading the creation of patient-focused products, including a next-generation portal and commerce platform integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience.
- Leverage AI technologies to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
- Collaborate across various teams, i.e. engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver impactful, mission-aligned products.
- Focus on scalability building solutions adaptable to a diverse client base, from startups to established healthcare providers.
- Embrace data-driven decisions, using analytics and patient feedback to identify improvements and measure success.
- Own and oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Define the roadmap prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Conduct product research, in order to strategically map the patient journey, towards understanding pain points and offering solutions.
- Enable integrations with third-party platforms to elevate the patient experience.
- Evangelize the Patient Perspective, always advocating for the patient experience and aligning stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 7 +years of product management experience in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce.
- Technical background or understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Experience with telehealth and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Strong customer advocacy, ensuring patient needs shape product strategies.
- Ownership mindset, driving impact beyond your direct role.
- Track record of simplifying processes and proposing bold, innovative solutions.
- Sound judgment, openness to diverse perspectives, and ability to challenge assumptions.
