Customer Success Manager

• Drive Ontic Platform adoption, focusing on helping your clients achieve their business objectives. This role requires a person who is excited to be hands-on in the Platform
• Own client communication to ensure a streamlined client experience
• Identify growth potential for clients as it relates to additional Ontic Platform functionality or Service opportunities. Coordinate with Sales colleagues to execute on those opportunities
• Forecast client renewals, ensuring retention
• Orchestrate internal Ontic cross-functional teams to ensure the voice of the client is being represented as it relates to product and strategic decisions
• Work collaboratively to address client challenges with a sense of urgency
• Seek out opportunities to help the growing Client Success team scale efficiently with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, JIRA

Enterprise Success Manager

Account Executive

• Own and manage your territory. Create and execute the sales strategy for your assigned territory.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from pipeline generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Identify and close net-new opportunities by understanding agency requirements across threat intelligence, insider risk, investigations, and protective services.
• Leverage market knowledge, budget cycles, and contracting pathways to create strategic inroads.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with security, intelligence, and operational leaders, as well as procurement and program managers within federal agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning Ontic’s solutions with evolving agency mandates for safety, security, and information sharing.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute targeted campaigns and content strategies.
• Engage with key federal channel partners and systems integrators to expand footprint and co-sell effectively.
• Work with the channel team to navigate teaming arrangements, IDIQs, GWACs, and other procurement vehicles to ensure ease of acquisition.
• Maintain a deep understanding of your territories budgets, acquisition strategy, contract vehicles, and technology trends impacting government security and operations.
• Stay informed on federal initiatives related to insider threat, executive protection, and intelligence needs to ensure 100% client retention.
• Maintain accurate and timely forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Report key sales metrics and strategic insights to internal stakeholders.

Federal Account Executive, Senior Account Executive

• Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
• Researching, identifying, and qualifying new business prospects with support from the Business Development team.
• Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to regularly meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to close - including qualification, discovery, sales presentations, and demos.
• Identify and present a compelling case for change through storytelling and consultative conversations so buyers can easily understand the ROI and value of implementing our solutions.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way as you lead discovery conversations, product demos, solution discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and manage and document pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
• Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.
• Work with Ontic internal teams to ensure client value realization and 100% retention.
