• Own and prioritize the integrations product roadmap based on customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.
• Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.

Senior Product Manager, Integrations

• Define and help implement a clearer process for GTM-related Product requests
• Structure CX enhancement requests, strategic Sales/CX/AE requests, revenue-risk requests, intake, triage, prioritization, and status communication
• Implement a quarterly CX priority tracker with business-facing status, deployment context, Jira mapping, ownership, and availability status
• Support Q4 roadmap refresh, roadmap coordination, roadmap management, formalized meetings, interviews, timing, and milestones

• Take overall responsibility for ensuring the organisation’s Integrated Management System remains compliant with a wide range of regulatory and industry standards

• Manage audit programmes, oversee non-conformance and corrective action processes, and ensure robust change management practices are in place
• Report on the performance and effectiveness of the IMS to senior leadership, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Data Engineer

• Perform exploratory data analysis on a range of complex business problems.
• Interpret business processes into data requirements.

• Act as geographical data leader, reporting directly to the Data Architecture Manager.

Senior Data Engineer

Customer Support

• Maintain and respond to support/task tickets in Ontic's help desk system
• Responsible for owning a wide variety of client requests from start to finish while ensuring key stakeholders are consistently updated with relevant information
• Create and improve internal and external support documentation
• Act as a liaison between clients and development, when necessary, to resolve difficult technical issues faced by our clients
• Report on metrics related to client issues, themes, bug closure rate, and SLAs
• Work cross-functionally with Client Success Managers, Product Managers, and development teams to deliver exceptional service, and ensure we are exceeding client expectations

Client Support Specialist

Data Analyst

• Assist with data migration projects by supporting data preparation, validation, testing, and execution activities while helping ensure project milestones are met.
• Support data mapping and transformation by validating field mappings between legacy systems and Ontic, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data aligns with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams to support migration activities, troubleshoot data issues, and learn data migration best practices.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation to help maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Use SQL and other data tools to query, analyze, and manipulate datasets while developing technical skills in data migration and data management.
• Document migration processes, testing results, and data findings while contributing ideas to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Assist with client migration activities by preparing data reports, tracking migration progress, and supporting issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.

Data Migration Analyst – Intern

Account Executive

• Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
• Researching, identifying, and qualifying new business prospects with support from the Business Development team.

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business.
• Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting.
• Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
• Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices that enable scalable growth.
