About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and prioritize the integrations product roadmap based on customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.
Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
Partner with the Integrations Architect to evolve integration frameworks and marketplace experiences.
Lead competitive and technology benchmarking for developer experience, speed, and reliability.
Collaborate with Engineering, Field, GTM, and Customer Success teams to translate customer and market needs into product requirements.
Ensure integrations are packaged, priced, and positioned as value-driving product features.
Improve developer experience through simpler configuration, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
Identify opportunities using AI-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and conversational AI frameworks.
Define and track integration success metrics to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
Represent the customer perspective and align the roadmap with customer ecosystems and technology trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of Product Management experience for SaaS or cloud platforms.
At least 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.
Proven success defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.
Strong understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with iPaaS tools is required; hands-on Workato experience is highly preferred.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to bring complex integration products to market.
Familiarity with LLM-enabled tools, agentic workflows, and integration-driven automation.
Deep appreciation for developer experience, documentation, and tooling supporting self-service and adoption.
Strong analytical and prioritization skills tied to business outcomes.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Experience with integration packaging and monetization or embedded iPaaS products is a bonus.
Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required by the application.
Must identify the timezone from which you will work as Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific.
