About the role
- Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients (communication, trust, results)
- Build and optimize outbound campaigns using Instantly.ai
- Design and implement automation workflows aligned with clients’ GTM strategies
- Ensure technical excellence in deliverability, domain health, and warm-up processes
- Analyze performance metrics (open/reply rate, conversions) and continuously improve results
- Contribute to creating scalable outbound frameworks within the VIP team
Requirements
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing cold email campaigns
- Deep understanding of deliverability, domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up
- Familiarity with Instantly.ai or similar advanced outreach/automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
