About the role
- Provide world-class strategic deliverability services to Heroes
- Research and solve delivery and deliverability challenges for Heroes
- Research and assist Heroes with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs
- Help Heroes produce schedules for email warmup and monitor their progress
- Monitor Hero email metrics and help improve their sending reputations
- Give specific recommendations and advice to optimize delivery, inbox placement and engagement
- Use cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to foster continuous improvements to Kajabi email deliverability
- Report to the Engineering Manager, Email Deliverability and Account Compliance
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing team
- Likes the “hands-on” aspect of researching and diagnosing deliverability issues by querying datasets, examining 3rd party insights, and running experiments
- Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.)
- A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- An understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM etc.)
- Strong empathy for Heroes and passion for revenue and growth
