Provide world-class strategic deliverability services to Heroes
Research and solve delivery and deliverability challenges for Heroes
Research and assist Heroes with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs
Help Heroes produce schedules for email warmup and monitor their progress
Monitor Hero email metrics and help improve their sending reputations
Give specific recommendations and advice to optimize delivery, inbox placement and engagement
Use cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to foster continuous improvements to Kajabi email deliverability
Report to the Engineering Manager, Email Deliverability and Account Compliance
Requirements
1+ years experience in a customer-facing team
Likes the “hands-on” aspect of researching and diagnosing deliverability issues by querying datasets, examining 3rd party insights, and running experiments
Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.)
A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
An understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM etc.)
Strong empathy for Heroes and passion for revenue and growth
